1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive your name and email address to create your account.

Child Information: You provide your child's name, age, gender, favorite thing, and optionally a photo to personalize stories. This data is sent to Google Gemini AI to generate personalized story text, avatars, and illustrations. Photos are used for AI avatar generation and to maintain character consistency in story illustrations.

Generated Content: Stories, images, and optional narration created for your children are stored in your private account. Generated story text will be sent to ElevenLabs to create audio narration.

Safety reports: If you report unsafe content, we collect your account or device reference, the selected content reference, report category, optional comments and limited app version/platform information. We may keep a private copy of the reported AI-generated content for review. Your original uploaded photo is not automatically attached to a report, and no email address is required.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate personalized stories for your children
• Generate optional read-aloud narration
• Provide customer support
• Investigate safety reports and improve content filtering and moderation
• Send important service updates

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Photos and stories are stored in private cloud storage with access controls. Access is limited to your account and authorized staff who need it to operate the service, provide support or review safety reports.

Reporting retention: Safety report details and evidence are kept while a case is open and become eligible for cleanup 90 days after it closes. Temporary generated-avatar reporting copies expire after 24 hours. Cleanup runs in batches; removed files enter a protected 30-day recovery area before permanent deletion. Minimal generated-output references and content hashes may remain with your account to verify later reports. Account deletion removes associated report records and queues any remaining stored copies for cleanup.

4. Third-Party Services & AI Data Sharing

We use the following services:
• Clerk - Authentication (Google, Apple, Facebook sign-in)
• Google Gemini AI - Story text and image generation. We send your child's name, age, gender, favorite thing, and photo to Google's Gemini API to generate personalized stories and illustrations.
• ElevenLabs - Text-to-speech narration. When narration is generated, we send generated story text and the selected narration voice to ElevenLabs to create audio files.
• Cloudflare R2 - Secure private image storage
• RevenueCat - In-app purchase management
• Resend - Support email and operational notifications. Safety-report notifications contain a reference and private admin link, not reported text, media or account identifiers.

AI model training opt-out: We have opted out of provider model training, model improvement, or retraining on submitted content and generated content. This includes our current AI generation and narration providers. Provider privacy policies and data-processing terms still apply to their processing of API requests.

Data shared with AI providers:
• Child's first name
• Child's age
• Child's gender
• Child's favorite thing
• Child's photo (for avatar creation & story illustration consistency)
• Generated story text (for text-to-speech narration)
No account credentials, payment information, or parent profile information is shared with AI providers.

5. Children's Privacy

Our app is designed for parents to create stories for their children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. All data is provided and controlled by parents.

6. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Profile Settings → Delete My Account). You can also request to view or export your data by contacting us at [email protected].

3. אחסון מידע ואבטחה

המידע שלכם מאוחסן בצורה מאובטחת באמצעות הצפנה בתקן התעשייה. תמונות וסיפורים מאוחסנים באחסון ענן פרטי עם בקרת גישה. הגישה מוגבלת לחשבון שלכם ולאנשי צוות מורשים הזקוקים לה לצורך הפעלת השירות, תמיכה או בדיקת דיווחי בטיחות.

שמירת דיווחים: פרטי דיווחים ועותקי תוכן נשמרים כל עוד הפנייה פתוחה, ונכנסים לתהליך ניקוי 90 יום לאחר סגירתה. עותקי אווטאר זמניים לצורך דיווח פגים לאחר 24 שעות. הניקוי מתבצע באצוות, וקבצים שהוסרו נשמרים באזור שחזור מוגן ל-30 יום לפני מחיקה סופית. מזהי פלט וערכי גיבוב של תוכן שנוצר עשויים להישמר עם החשבון כדי לאמת דיווחים מאוחרים. מחיקת החשבון מסירה את רשומות הדיווח המקושרות ומעבירה עותקים שנותרו לתהליך ניקוי.

האפליקציה שלנו מיועדת להורים ליצירת סיפורים לילדיהם. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע ישירות מילדים. כל המידע מסופק ונשלט על ידי ההורים.

6. הזכויות שלכם

תוכלו למחוק את חשבונכם וכל המידע הקשור בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה (הגדרות פרופיל → מחק את החשבון שלי). תוכלו גם לבקש לצפות או לייצא את המידע שלכם על ידי פנייה אלינו בכתובת [email protected].
